Product Description 1954-1964 Ford Car Truck Y Block 12 Volt Alternator 175 amp - F5464YKC-175

1954-1964 Ford car and truck Y block V8 alternator and bracket.
Fits Ford Mercury Y block 272 292 312 engines.
 
Note: will not fit 390 or 427 big block Will not fit 239 256 engines due to the different height water pump made in 1954 only. 
 
Includes the follwing items:
  • 175 amp 1 wire connection
  • Idle output 100 amps!
  • Y block bracket fits 272 292 312 engines.
  • 8 awg connection wire
  • 200 amp fuse

May not fit 239 Y block engines installed in 1955 F100 trucks this is due to different water pumps. Also will not fit 1955-57 T-Birds. will not hold the alternator in the proper location for the belt alignment on the 1955-57 T-Bird application. Use for these applications recommend using the Powergen alternators.

Light bulbs are not covered under any warranty, if your order arrives with damaged bulbs caused by shipping, Vintage Auto Garage LLC will replace the light bulb at no charge. There is no warranty on parts that have been modified, painted, altered or not correctly installed. Some parts carry a longer manufacture limited warranty, in this case Vintage Auto Garage LLC will cover the first year [12 months] warranty and the manufacture would cover the remaining warranty period. Battery cables manufactured by Vintage Auto Garage LLC have a lifetime limited warranty to the original buyer. Extended warranty coverage can be purchased separately for some products that would extend the normal warranty by [12 months], [24 months] or [36 months].
