Ford 1932-1941 Flathead v8 ready to run distributor with electronic conversion. These are orginal Ford distributors that have been fully rebuilt replacing the points system with a Pertonix electronic module. 
12 volts neg ground. 
 
This is your solution for upgrading early Ford flathead V8 ignition system to electronic without the tooling and test equipment necessary for converting these Ford engines to electronic ignition. 
 
Depending on if this is an exchange or not, each distributor is complelely disassambled, cleaned, inspected replacing parts that are out of tolerance. Center rotor is measured for wear and replaced as needed, rotor side cap clearances are measured and aligned. A new 12 volt negative ground Pertronix module is installed per the factory specs and properly set up for trouble free operation.
