Ford Alternator 90 amps swing mount design with Dash Lamp Connection conversion kit
 
This fits Ford OHV six 215, 223, 262,  (Small Block Y Block 239, 256, 272, 289, 292, 302, 312) and (Big Block,351,390,427,428,460) applications except T-Bird Y blocks as these use different clocking. For T-Bird 1955-1957 use this part number 82155-2  For 1958-1962 T-Bird use 82158-2

We offer this one wire alternator in a black powder coat finish with included stock-appearing mounting brackets (the stock fan carrier bolts to that bracket) and pulleys that accept wide 3/8” belts.

The mounting is 6.04" inside dimentions and 6.83" bolt hole to bolt hole. 

  • Easy one-wire hookup
  • 3/8" wide belt pulley included
  • Includes lamp terminal for (GEN) charge light
  • Some applications may require pulley transfer from original generator
  • Uses stock-appearing bracket and fan carrier bolts

Battery cables manufactured by Vintage Auto Garage LLC have a lifetime limited warranty to the original buyer. Extended warranty coverage can be purchased separately for some products that would extend the normal warranty by [12 months], [24 months] or [36 months].     Fit perfect on my 1955 ford y block 8 Way simpler than I thought to is install just a few hours on a Saturday afternoon and cad was running with no dim headlights at the stop sign.
