Upgrade from generator to 90 amp alternator power very simple with this upgrade kit:

Fits Ford OHV six 215, 223,262, (Small Block Y Block 239, 256, 272, 292, 289, 312) and (Big Block 302,351,390,427,428,460) applications except T-Bird Y blocks as these use different clocking and 1/2" pulley. For T-Bird 1955-1957 use this part number 82155-2 For 1958-1962 T-Bird use 82158-2

Includes:

90 amp alternator 82101-2 (direct fit) no extra brackets

10 AWG connection wire

125 Amp fuse

We offer this one wire alternator in a black powder coat finish with included stock-appearing mounting brackets (the stock fan carrier bolts to that bracket) and pulleys that accept wide 3/8” belts.

This is kit offers a very simple way to upgrade the existing generator to 12 volt 90 amp alternator without any modifications.

Before ordering measure distance of the mounting ears on exisitng generator should be 6.04" inside dimentions and 6.83" bolt hole to bolt hole. This will ensure alternator fitment to your engine.

Some parts carry a longer manufacture limited warranty, in this case Vintage Auto Garage LLC will cover the first year [12 months] warranty and the manufacture would cover the remaining warranty period. Battery cables manufactured by Vintage Auto Garage LLC have a lifetime limited warranty to the original buyer. Extended warranty coverage can be purchased separately for some products that would extend the normal warranty by [12 months], [24 months] or [36 months].
