1949-1953 Cadillac 90 amp 12 Volt Ultimate Conversion Kit with electronic ignition.
Uses Delco long case powergen with or without lamp connector to power dash generator light.
Now you can convert your vintage Cadillac to a more modern and efficient 12 volt electrical system. You get safer, brighter lighting, better charging even at slow speeds and idle, and, in the event of trouble, the ability to be jump started by a lot more vehicles.
This complete kit includes a PowerMaster PowerGen 90 amp alternator that gives you the power and performance of an alternator but retains the look of your original generator. Also in this ultimate kit you get a Pertronix Ignitor which converts your stock distributor to electronic ignition without changing the original appearance. Now your Cadillac will start easier and run smoother and you never have to adjust the points or re-set the ignition timing again!
Finally the kit also comes with special wiring, a coil, headlight relay, horn relay, MGR1 voltage reducer that enables you to retain your original 6 volt gauges, starter solenoid wiper reducer, 2 heater motor reducers 1 for the heater and 1 for the defroster or under seat heater motor,125 amp inline fuse and 550 flasher for the turn signals.

There is no warranty on parts that have been modified, painted, altered or not correctly installed. Some parts carry a longer manufacture limited warranty, in this case Vintage Auto Garage LLC will cover the first year [12 months] warranty and the manufacture would cover the remaining warranty period. Battery cables manufactured by Vintage Auto Garage LLC have a lifetime limited warranty to the original buyer. Extended warranty coverage can be purchased separately for some products that would extend the normal warranty by [12 months], [24 months] or [36 months].
