Product Description Alternator 6 volt neg ground 50 amp 3/4" pulley 2 wire black - ABSI-6NG-34P

Fits 6 volt negative ground applications using standard alternator brackets. Perfect product for ugrading any 6 volt electrical system from generator to alternator power for increased output and low idle battery charging. 
 
Self regulated 6 volt 50 amps output positive gound, 2 wire connection to ensure charging at low RPM. P10Si included 
 
Comes with small diameter 5/8-3/4" pulley to accomodate both 5/8" and 3/4" belts. The smaller diameter pulley will turn the
alternator faster at lower engine RPM for bettery charging.

Some parts carry a longer manufacture limited warranty, in this case Vintage Auto Garage LLC will cover the first year [12 months] warranty and the manufacture would cover the remaining warranty period. Battery cables manufactured by Vintage Auto Garage LLC have a lifetime limited warranty to the original buyer. Extended warranty coverage can be purchased separately for some products that would extend the normal warranty by [12 months], [24 months] or [36 months].     Fantastic upgrade

    I purchased this for my 1950 Pontiac Streamliner Silver Streak. The original generator was still technically working, but it sounded like it would detonate at any minute while the car was running. I wanted to keep the 6 volt system in place for originality, so I purchased this alternator as well as the mounting bracket (sold separately). It works just as expected and all of the lights shine bright at idle. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to keep their 6 volt system, but have the power/reliability of an alternator.

    For many months I have struggled with my regulator. This altinator with regulator included has made my life so much better. Installation took some effort but well worth that task.
